Tuen Mun I·PARK2 tender results announced nearly a year later; Shenzhen Energy Environmental Protection files lawsuit

The tender for I·PARK2, the second modern waste incinerator at Tuen Mun Tsang Chui, closed in October last year, and the tender results were only announced via gazette in September this year, nearly 1 year later. Shenzhen Energy Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., which filed a lawsuit over the tendering matters, is a subsidiary of Shenzhen Energy Group, a state-owned enterprise under the municipal government. Established in 1997, its main business is solid waste disposal, and it was selected as a science and reform demonstration enterprise by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
