Those aged 7 or above holding a Hong Kong Identity Card and a Home Return Permit who have already registered for the mainland's Express Channel are eligible, and can register via the "Hong Kong e-Channel" app or on the spot at the port's 5th floor. Those aged 14 or above can register for facial recognition clearance at the same time; those aged 7 to 17 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
