Ling Ka-kan Confident Residents Will Buy Homes in Northern Metropolis as HS Reviews Rental Purchase Study Results

Housing Society chairman Ling Ka-kan says he is confident residents are willing to buy homes in the Northern Metropolis, noting the government has four main pillars there including land supply, which can show the market the Northern Metropolis is a liveable place. He revealed the Housing Society will review the government's study results on the rental purchase scheme, and if the authorities want the Housing Society to pilot the scheme, it is happy to consider it.
