Abby Choi trial resumes at High Court; prosecution and defence need to discuss legal issues, case adjourned to next Monday

The trial of Abby Choi, daughter-in-law of Tam's Kitchen founder, who was murdered, resumed at the High Court today. The judge told the jury that the prosecution and defence still needed to discuss certain legal issues, before announcing an adjournment to next Monday. Abby Choi's mother, Zhang Yanhua, was originally scheduled to continue giving evidence. Her ex-husband, former father-in-law and former brother-in-law are each charged with murder and preventing the lawful burial of a body.
