Bonnie Chan: AI to screen whether new listed companies' disclosures are inadequate

Bonnie Chan said Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing will use AI, with the Listing Division screening whether newly listed companies meet all disclosure requirements, and stressed that there is currently a large queue of new listings in Hong Kong, while requirements on the quality of listed companies will not be relaxed.
