Cheap and illegal: mainland Chinese netizens advertise Hong Kong services on social media

Mainland Chinese netizens are posting on social media to solicit unlicensed services such as tour guiding and photography, while Hong Kong's crackdown on travellers abusing visas to practise illegally has failed to stop related advertisements from continuing to appear ahead of the National Day "Golden Week". A South China Morning Post search on Xiaohongshu found an account claiming to be a Shenzhen photographer offering photography services in Hong Kong and asking clients to reimburse cross-border transport costs.
