Former Loka Management Ap Lei Chau Project, Star Capital Plans Launch This Quarter

Singapore real estate investment fund SC Capital Partners plans to launch a new residential project in Ap Lei Chau this quarter, with the project expected to receive an occupation permit in the first quarter of next year. Fund chairman and founder Tse Sung Chau said Loka had ceased participating in project management of the property since early last year. He believes Hong Kong's status as an international financial centre remains solid, and with overseas professionals and students continuing to come to Hong Kong to settle, he is optimistic about the property market outlook.
