Central Yards welcomes first KIM JONES store, spanning about 4,000 sq ft across two floors

Central Yards, the new Central harbourfront development by Henderson Land, has secured its first retail tenant: KIM JONES, the eponymous brand founded by British fashion designer Kim Jones OBE. It will move into a duplex shop, serving as the brand's first retail flagship worldwide, with a floor area of about 4,000 sq ft spanning two floors. Phase 1 of Central Yards has 610,000 sq ft of retail and office space and is expected to open in the second half of next year.
