Cantina at Tai Kwun Launches Autumn Menu with Tableside Shaved Australian Black Truffle

Cantina, an Italian restaurant at Tai Kwun in Central, has launched a new autumn menu featuring seasonal dishes such as deep-sea red prawns, roast smoked chicken with ginger and tomato, and a seafood platter, alongside fresh Australian black truffle shaved tableside by staff. Selected signature dishes can be upgraded with black truffle, including beef tartare ($238, add $98), wheel-shaped sheep's milk cheese and black pepper pasta ($238, add $98) and breaded Milanese veal cutlet ($398, add $198). A sea salt caramel apple Italian mini cheesecake cone is also being offered on Halloween.
