Fung Ngan Shan opens show house again, WHITESAND COVE special units priced at 1.8萬 per square foot

Fung Resources' Fung Ngan Shan in Wo Mei, Sai Kung, opened the completed show villa of House 10 to the media yesterday. Assistant General Manager of Sales and Leasing, Chui Chi-ho, said that since the completed units were opened to the public last week until now, about 80 groups of customers had visited. Local and mainland customers each accounted for about half. Chilam, a joint venture in the same district involving Lan Kwai Fong Group, Cheung Kong Holdings (0035) and others, is also preparing to make its debut.
