Hysan Lee Garden Eight Secures About 39,000 Sq Ft Lease With Woo Kwan Lee & Lo, Relocating From Central Jardine House

Woo Kwan Lee & Lo, which has been at Jardine House in Central for more than 50 years, has confirmed its move to Hysan's Lee Garden Eight development in Causeway Bay, leasing about 39,000 sq ft and occupying a whole mid-to-low floor. The law firm declined to respond to the report. Lee Garden Eight is expected to be completed this quarter.
