Imprisoned 26 years in Philippines drug possession case, released and returns to Hong Kong; Tang Lung-wing maintains innocence, says he does not want to complain about life because "life is inherently impermanent"

Hong Kong resident Tang Lung-wing was involved in a drug possession case in the Philippines in 2000. After serving 26 years, he arrived in Hong Kong by plane on September 29. In a radio interview, he reiterated that he was innocent and had spent years in a "wrongful prison". He admitted that life is inherently impermanent and he does not want to live with resentment, saying that he exercised and read in prison to improve himself. He now plans to take a driving test first and hopes to "drive for a living" in the future.
