Kai Tak Hospital will come into service in phases starting Monday, with authorities deploying on-site staff and adding a dedicated hotline to handle patient appointment and transport enquiries. The Family Medicine Integrated Centre will begin operating on Monday, while automated arrangements for specialist outpatient and blood-taking services are expected to be launched in late October.
