Lai Sun and CSI Relax Height Limit at Yuen Long Lai Sun Yuen Long Centre; Planning Department Does Not Object to 1,068 Flats

Lai Sun Yuen Long Centre in Yuen Long, jointly held by Lai Sun and CSI, has applied to relax its height limit from about 100.75 metres by about 11.95 metres, or 11.8 per cent, to 112.7 metres to build 2 residential towers providing 1,068 flats. Planning Department documents show no objection to the application, which is expected to be approved at tomorrow's Town Planning Board meeting.
