The Immigration Department announced that eligible Hong Kong residents can register from today to use the "co-operative inspection" self-service channels at the rebuilt Huanggang Port, and must first complete registration for the mainland Express Channel before use. Eligible people aged 18 or above have 4 registration methods, including the "Hong Kong e-Channel" mobile app, e-Channel registration offices, "co-operative inspection" self-service channels and port self-service kiosks, while parents can also register for children aged 7 to 17 in the app.
The announcement lists four registration methods and the requirement to complete mainland Express Channel registration before use, allowing readers to decide which route to use for advance registration.
