Sunny Tan Hopes Textile and Fashion Industry Task Force Will Listen to More Views, Urges Bureaux to Pool Resources

Sunny Tan, Legislative Council member for the textiles and garment sector, hopes the Task Force on High-Quality Development of the Textile and Fashion Industry proposed in the Policy Address will listen to more industry views, and that the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau, the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau and the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau will jointly pool existing resources and drive policy implementation. He also suggested strengthening enterprise participation in talent cultivation so that training aligns with actual job demand.
