Funaki Ai solo exhibition 《願．歲月深處的微光》: keeping each other company in a peaceful present

Funaki Ai's solo exhibition 《願．歲月深處的微光》 is now being held at UBU DECO Gallery in Central, running until 23 October, open Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 6pm. The exhibition uses black cat Joe and grey tabby American Shorthair Happy as its core visual symbols. The works fuse modern visual design with Japanese flat colouring, stripping away complex light and shadow to present a style in which minimalist flatness and spatial depth coexist.
