WuXi AppTec First 3 Quarters Net Profit Up 62%

WuXi AppTec reported revenue of RMB45.54 billion for the first 3 quarters of this year, up 38.6 per cent year-on-year; net profit was RMB19.16 billion, up 62.4 per cent year-on-year, with basic earnings per share of $6.58. As at end-September this year, the backlog for continuing operations stood at RMB76.74 billion, up 36.4 per cent year-on-year.
