LCSD Announces Red Flags at Multiple Beaches Due to Rough Seas

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today that, due to rough seas, red flags have been hoisted at Chung Wan, South Bay, Stanley Main Beach, Shek O and Big Wave Bay beaches in Southern District on Hong Kong Island, Tung Wan Beach on Cheung Chau in the Islands District, and Hap Mun Bay and Silverstrand beaches in Sai Kung District, indicating that swimming there is dangerous and members of the public are advised not to swim there.
