Tsuen Wan Hing Wo Street parking meter dispute erupts into row; 'Skinny Guy' turns peacemaker, netizens say he seems more mature (with video)

A man and a woman were again embroiled in a foul-mouthed row over using a smart parking meter on Hing Wo Street in Tsuen Wan. The 'Skinny Guy', who became famous last year for taking off his shirt and swearing, did not strip this time but instead acted as a peacemaker, moving between the pair to mediate and successfully defusing the dispute. The video was shared by the Facebook group 'Car Cam L (Hong Kong Group)', with netizens commenting that he 'seems more mature and steady', and that his peacemaking deserves praise.
