The Centa-City Leading Index (CCL) latest reading is 159.11 points, down 0.17% week on week, falling for 4 consecutive weeks to a nearly 5-month low. Hong Kong Island home prices fell more than 2.5% week on week, while New Territories East rose more than 1.6%, with performance diverging across districts. The CCL has risen 10.41% so far this year.
