Ti Sea at Wing Kwong Street in Hung Hom, a joint project between Sino Land and the Urban Renewal Authority, uploaded its sales brochure on surprise yesterday, focusing on two-bedroom units and offering for the first time sea-view units at Victoria Cove Central, the URA's "new community redevelopment" site. CK Asset's Man Chin in Kam Tin, Yuen Long, has received about 1,000 enquiries since announcing its name last week, plans to upload its sales brochure this week and may open show flats as early as next week.
