Sino Biopharm Partners with Boehringer Ingelheim on Projects with Potential Total Value of US$7 Billion

Sino Biopharm has entered into a strategic option and licence agreement with Boehringer Ingelheim covering 6 preclinical projects involving antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and T-cell engagers (TCEs), originating from LaNova Medicines and Beijing Tide. Sino Biopharm will receive US$358 million in upfront and near-term payments and is entitled to potential milestone payments totalling US$7 billion, as well as tiered double-digit royalties on future sales.
