Sun Hung Kai Properties' Sierra Sea Phase 2C(2) Launches 152 Units for Sale on Wednesday

After more than 360 units were sold across two large projects in Hong Kong's primary residential market over the weekend, several new developments will be launched in the near term. Sun Hung Kai Properties said Sierra Sea Phase 2C(2) in Sai Sha will hold its second round of sales on Wednesday, offering 152 units, of which 128 will be sold by means other than tender.
