CK Asset's George Lui says demolishing 3 towers at Anderson Road first-time buyer housing project is the right choice

CK Asset executive director George Lui said the group's decision to demolish and rebuild 3 towers at the Anderson Road "first-time buyer housing project" in Kwun Tong was the right choice. The Buildings Department said last Thursday that the developer planned to demolish and rebuild 3 towers, after it was revealed that the reinforcement bars in 6 towers of the project did not comply with the plans. Lui said the group made the decision after conducting research on the premise of being most efficient and most economically viable.
