ONE STANLEY seller Wing Wai Limited promises, in addition to the original 3-year rectification period, an additional 6 years of property structural maintenance counted from the completion date, and arranges for independent qualified professionals to inspect the property for owners and buyers, bearing the costs. It was found that the reinforcement configuration of part of the floor slab in a detached house in the project did not comply with the plans, and Chief Executive John Lee has asked the Development Bureau to monitor the investigation.
