From January next year, the bureau will assign building inspection consultants, conduct project tendering for owners within the first quarter, and progressively prepare the three pre-approved lists by the end of the year as originally planned. This year's Budget has reserved $300 million, of which $100 million is start-up capital and the other $200 million provides fee relief subsidies for owners.
