警方今日（十月十四日）在跑馬地實施賽馬日特別交通措施，直至觀眾離場。黃泥涌道及摩理臣山道多段封路改道，日間中午十二時起、晚間晚上六時起實施，最後一場賽事前約三十五分鐘再加設封路；學車人士禁止駛入堅拿道東等道路，違例停泊車輛會被拖走。
