HKBU Survey: Starting Salary Gap Between Degree and Sub-Degree Graduates Narrows to HK$2,500

A latest annual survey by Hong Kong Baptist University found that the starting salary gap between bachelor's degree and sub-degree graduates narrowed from HK$3,000 last year to HK$2,500, a decrease of 17 per cent or HK$500. Human resources experts say fresh graduates are increasingly feeling the impact of artificial intelligence as they enter the workplace.
