Government Announces Strengthened Traffic Management at Huanggang Port to Tackle Weekend Congestion

Hong Kong authorities have announced strengthened traffic management at Huanggang Port to prevent a repeat of last weekend's congestion caused by Halloween and concert crowds. A government spokesman said on Monday night that police will further strengthen traffic control on roads near the port and will implement contingency plans according to traffic flow and open vehicle buffer zones to ease the flow of cross-boundary buses and private cars.
