MTR All-Line Stations Offer 'Sensory' Kits to Support SEN Passengers in Reducing Stress

MTR has partnered with Heep Hong Society and Caritas Hong Kong to launch measures supporting SEN passengers, including equipping all-line stations with 'sensory' kits containing 4 types of sensory toys, which members of the public in need can collect from station staff and use on trains. MTR is also developing a new stress-relief mini-game simulating railway scenes in the 'Care for All' app, and providing training for frontline staff. From October to November, MTR will hold roving exhibitions with Caritas at 11 MTR stations.
