AI briefing

Xi Ning, head of the Department of Data and Systems Engineering at the University of Hong Kong, said the exoskeleton initially targets elderly people who have difficulty moving, such as those with sarcopenia, providing about 30 per cent assistance so they can get around on their own in daily life. The product takes the form of tight trousers, which helps reduce resistance and discrimination from others. The company also plans to launch two series in future, for people undergoing rehabilitation and for manual workers.
