    A school bus lost control and hit a stone parapet opposite No. 12 On Po Road, Tai Po, at about 8am this morning, injuring 9 pupils who were sent to hospital. The school bus was carrying students of Tai Po Baptist Public School back to school at the time. 6 boys and 3 girls were injured or felt unwell, all conscious, and were taken by ambulance to Nethersole Hospital for treatment. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

    Taxi and bicycle collide on Boundary Street, cyclist slightly injured and taken to hospital

    A taxi and a bicycle collided on Sai Yeung Choi Street North in Mong Kok near Boundary Street. The cyclist fell and was injured, and was taken by ambulance to Caritas Hospital. At around 3am, the taxi involved reached the junction when the collision occurred. The taxi driver passed a breathalyser test, and police are investigating the cause of the accident.

    香港海關今日（十月六日）在香港國際機場偵破一宗入境旅客販毒案，檢獲約五點五公斤懷疑可卡因及四十五枝未完稅香煙，估計市值共約四百一十萬元，拘捕一名二十四歲內地男旅客。該名旅客從菲律賓馬尼拉飛抵本港，海關在其手提行李內搜出有關物品。案件仍在調查中。
