The new Huanggang Port recorded more than 152,000 passenger trips on the day of Chung Yeung Festival, a new high since the port began operating. The Immigration Department expects the afternoon to evening period to be the arrival peak, and the Transport Department has directed franchised buses to add special short-haul trips on Route B, with frequencies of up to every 2 to 3 minutes during peak hours. A crowd formed at the departure hall around midday, with some travellers waiting about 30 to 45 minutes.
