香港旅發局「香港萬聖月」10月起在中環與尖沙咀上演多項街頭盛事，《萬聖狂歡祭．中環》10月17至31日一連15天在皇后像廣場花園（南）舉行，亮燈時間4pm-11:30pm。

About 4,000kg of retired uniforms from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre have been transformed by Hing Nin Group's local technology into eco-friendly carpet NuCarpet, making its first large-scale debut at ReThink HK 2026, covering about 400 square metres, with an estimated 400 retired uniforms used. NuCarpet took more than two years to develop and has passed wear-resistance and surface fire tests by internationally recognised testing institutions, at a cost lower than traditional disposable carpet. Remaining uniforms will be upcycled in batches according to demand, applied to circular products such as eco-friendly carpets and corporate gifts.

The scheme would be limited to enforcing necessary obligations relating to building safety, and the association has put forward several other proposals for consideration.
