財政司司長陳茂波今日（十月九日）出席首屆中大科博薈開幕典禮並致辭。中大科博薈由中大創新日與中大創業日合併而成，主題為Innovation to Impact。政府按《香港第一個五年規劃》，力爭本地創新活動總開支佔本地生產總值的比重在二○三○年前後達到百分之三。
