    恒基Central Yards邀Kim Jones開旗艦店 2027年進駐中環新海濱

    恒基地產旗下中環新海濱項目Central Yards宣布，時裝設計師Kim Jones首間同名零售旗艦店將於2027年進駐。預計明年揭幕的第一期設有全港唯一私營百老匯大劇院及12個世界級戶外活動場地。項目今年中已開放連接國際金融中心商場與中環碼頭的臨時行人通道，並與Little Cove Espresso合作設立慈善咖啡店，淨收益捐贈「救助兒童會」。

    太古地產與華懋集團宣布，計劃將鰂魚涌海傍大廈、海灣大廈及毗鄰的華懋交易廣場合併重建為一幢甲級辦公樓。兩塊用地合併後佔地約35,000平方呎，項目預計提供約500,000平方呎總樓面面積，包括一幢27層高辦公樓、基座商場及地庫停車場，預計明年動工。

    Over 93% of Wang Fuk Court Owners Sign Government Acquisition Scheme Sale and Purchase Agreements

    The government said on Friday that 1,850 owners at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po had completed signing sale and purchase agreements, accounting for over 93 per cent, with the second phase of the acquisition scheme closing on Thursday. About 1,700 owners who had signed acceptance letters chose new units under the special sales scheme, and the government said 4,400 units had been reserved, with the first batch of about 35 households starting to select flats at the end of last month. Some owners were unable to sign in time due to bankruptcy or being overseas, and the authorities said they would handle cases individually.

    新地就去年11月中標的港鐵屯門16區1期項目，向城規會申請放寬建築物高度限制，擬建兩幢48及49層高住宅，最高達主水平基準以上177.4米。項目料落成後將高於樓高44層的同系屯門站上蓋瓏門，有機會成為屯門區內最高住宅物業。

    The Development Bureau gazetted eight subsidiary regulations on 16 October to set out implementation details for the title registration system on new land in the first half of next year, and to align certain practices under the existing deeds registration system with the new system. The eight subsidiary regulations will be submitted to the Legislative Council on 21 October for the negative vetting procedure, with some electronic application provisions and fee amendment regulations to take effect on 4 October 2027 in tandem with the electronic submission system.

    中原城市領先指數CCL最新報160.05點，按周跌0.71%，屬今年8月初後10周、逾兩個月來低位。中原研究部高級聯席董事楊明儀指出，是次指數反映美國加息後首周市況，而8月中長沙灣新盤以低於二手價開賣，二手交投受壓令CCL升勢受阻。以2026年計，CCL暫時仍累升11.06%。

    美聯物業研究中心綜合房屋委員會數據顯示，今年首9個月資助房屋未補價第二市場累計成交3,080宗，較去年同期2,495宗上升約23.4%，創2013年推出「白居二」計劃後次高。美聯分析師岑頌謙指出，房委會預計今年第四季向「白居二2025」成功申請者發出批准信，新一批買家將陸續入市，有望帶動全年成交量挑戰4,000宗。
