    何超瓊遭騷擾 法庭頒永久禁制令

    高等法院暫委法官周昭雯頒下永久禁制令，禁止一名女子騷擾信德集團行政主席兼董事總經理何超瓊，被告須支付訟費。何超瓊早前入稟高等法院，指遭該女子持續騷擾及恐嚇，要求頒令禁止對方以電話等方式聯絡及發表誹謗內容，早前已獲高院頒下臨時禁制令。

    Secretary for Transport and Logistics Mable Chan told the Legislative Council Panel on Transport that the absence of a fourth cross-harbour tunnel in the Five-Year Plan does not mean it will not be studied. Several members expressed concern that the plan made no mention of the project and asked for an update on its progress. Chan said the authorities were carrying out forward planning for a fourth cross-harbour tunnel and conducting internal studies on various options, including the route and connection points to Victoria Harbour.

    消委會測試市面35款嬰兒二合一洗髮沐浴產品，近半樣本檢出香料致敏物質，海關以違反《商品說明條例》拘捕一名貿易公司董事，正保釋候查。Mambino Organics一款甜橙味洗髮沐浴泡泡標示不含致敏香料，檢測結果與標示不符，消委會已將資料轉交海關跟進。供應商回覆稱已即時下架並更新中文標籤資料。

    金管局8月數據：港元貸存比率跌至69.3% 見17年低

    金管局公布8月底貨幣統計數據，本港港元貸存比率按月下降1.4個百分點至69.3%，跌穿七成，續見2009年10月以來低位。同期港元貸款按月升0.2%，港元存款總額按月升2.2%。貸款總額按月升0.3%，連續10個月上升，年初以來累升7%。

    蔡天鳳案昨日重選陪審團並選出8男1女陪審員，控方開案陳辭指金錢似乎是這場糾紛的根源。控方指蔡天鳳曾接濟前夫鄺港智、讓前家翁家姑搬入加多利山豪宅，案發前半年多因擬出售豪宅與鄺球漸生嫌隙並指摘鄺家忘恩負義，鄺球遂聯同兩名兒子計劃殺她並將她肢解。

    第三季整體一手成交錄約3355宗，按季跌36%，是自2024年第三季約2335宗後兩年來按季最低。業界指7月起受股市波動、美伊戰事、世界盃賽事及發展商放慢推盤影響而降溫，今年首3季累積逾1.49萬宗，約為去年全年2.01萬宗的74%，豪宅續受追捧。

    新世界發展（0017）與機場管理局訂立終止契據，明年4月1日將機場11 SKIES項目交還機管局，全年業績為該項目減值183.21億元。公司須向機管局支付23億元現金補償，以內部資源應付，並承擔不超過10.5億元工程及服務成本，項目內兩項娛樂設施按機管局可能協定的條款續營運。

    Fire at Shui Chuen O flat sends family of four to hospital, air purifier suspected of causing blaze

    A fire broke out in a flat at Yan Chuen House, Shui Chuen O Estate, Shatien in the early hours of yesterday. The family of four in the flat were suspected of having inhaled smoke and felt unwell, and were sent to hospital for treatment. It is understood that an air purifier in the flat first emitted smoke and caught fire. The specific cause of the incident is under investigation.

    警方國安處就今年8月31日港鐵太子站外事件再拘捕5人，涉《維護國家安全條例》「出於煽動意圖作出具煽動意圖的作為」罪，累計8人被捕。據悉新一批包括網媒「Boom News - 爆炸頭」創辦人鄧浩榮、牙醫李盈姿及3名在場展示煽動標語者，消息稱涉散播假消息。

    The 2026 Policy Address proposes a trial scheme next year to import foreign home carers, who must complete an accredited training course in their place of origin before coming to Hong Kong. Secretary for Labour and Welfare Chris Sun said the authorities were considering commissioning Hong Kong-accredited institutions to accredit courses locally and participate in assessments. The scheme will have no quota limit, introducing hundreds of people initially each year, without affecting the existing domestic helper market of about 380,000.

    A rare chestnut-and-black weaver bird was recently spotted in Kowloon Walled City Park, drawing large numbers of photography enthusiasts who gathered at the site in the early morning. The bird has no previous recorded presence in Hong Kong and is not a migratory species, being found mainly in Africa; it is estimated to have been kept as a pet or released.
